Over the last four years, Charlottetown and its people have had much to celebrate. Despite a global pandemic, we have made record progress in turning Charlottetown into a national leader while investing in infrastructure, protecting residents and housing options, and delivering effective fiscal management. Several accomplishments from my time as Mayor of Charlottetown include:

● Delivering four (4) budget surpluses, allowing us to invest in major projects while also respecting taxpayers.
● The City accessed $69M in infrastructure spending through partnerships with the provincial and federal governments.
● Regulations were put in place to oversee short-term rentals, creating and protecting housing options for renters.
● The City was instrumental in reinstating the Charlottetown Area Development Corporation.
